So I have decided in my life to use the knowledge I learned in school to help people bake better breads, cookies, and pastries with little to no effort.  I earned my bachelor of science in microbiology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.  My first love in the world is the look on peoples face when they have a food memory.  That moment of joy is something I have driven to give people in all my cooking.  In this blog I will be putting up some of my best recipes that I am working on and mastering with pictures of some of the steps and final products.  Some of my methods vary from those that people have shown in the past.  I will tell you that most of my techniques have a reason for them and will help anyone to make never fail products.  My name is Justin Gauthier the Microgeek baker.
